How I handle questions during a service:
- Simple factual questions get answered directly by email
- Questions that require seeing something in your store get handled on a call
- Questions that involve a significant decision get a call scheduled promptly
- Questions that affect the direction of the work never sit unanswered in a thread
I do not let important questions pile up between formal call touchpoints. If something comes up that matters for the outcome of the service, I address it promptly regardless of where we are in the process.
