Can You Put Your Service on Hold if Life Gets BusyUpdated 7 days ago

Yes. Life happens and I understand that completely. If something comes up that affects your availability during a service, tell me as early as possible and we will work out the best way forward together.

Pausing a service is straightforward when it is communicated early:

  • The work that has been completed stays intact
  • I note exactly where things stand so nothing needs to be repeated
  • We agree a rough timeframe for picking back up
  • When you are ready the service resumes from where it stopped

The only situation that becomes complicated is a very long pause — several months or more. In that case some work may need to be revisited because your store, your market or your goals may have changed in that time. I will always be honest about that if it applies.

What I ask is that you communicate openly. A quick message saying I need a week goes a long way. It lets me plan my own schedule accurately and makes sure your service picks up smoothly when you are ready.

I am genuinely flexible and I never penalize a founder for real life getting in the way.
