Trust is something I take seriously — especially because working with me means giving access to your Shopify store, your ad accounts and your business data.
Here is how I handle that responsibility:
I only access what is needed for the service. I do not explore areas of your store or accounts that are not relevant to the work being done.
I always use collaborator access for Shopify stores rather than full admin login. This gives you complete visibility and control over what I can see and do.
I communicate honestly throughout:
- If something is taking longer than expected, I tell you
- If I find an issue outside the scope of the service, I flag it
- If I am unsure about a direction, I ask rather than guess
I do not share any information about your business, your store or your results with anyone. What you share with me stays between us.
The goal of every service is your consistent and sustainable sales — not mine. The moment a founder cannot trust the person working on their store, the whole thing falls apart. I do not take that lightly.
