Does a Strategy Call Replace a Solid Guide ServiceUpdated 6 days ago
No. A 1-on-1 Strategy Call and a service at The Solid Guide serve completely different purposes.
The strategy call gives you thinking, direction and clarity. By the end you know what to do next, why it matters and how to approach it. That is genuinely valuable — but it is not the same as having the work done.
A service delivers the actual execution:
- The store gets built or fixed
- The tracking gets configured and verified
- The email flows get set up and tested
- The product pages get rewritten and optimised
The strategy call tells you what needs to happen. The service makes it happen.
Some founders book a strategy call first to confirm which service makes the most sense for their store right now. That is a completely valid sequence. Others go straight to a service because the service page gave them the clarity they needed. Both approaches work.
What I never want is for a founder to stay on the strategy call loop indefinitely — getting clarity but never implementing. Consistent and sustainable sales come from doing the right things, not just knowing them. At some point the thinking needs to become action.
