Once a service is complete and handed over, the working relationship does not end abruptly. If something surfaces after the handover — a question about how to manage what was built, a result that does not match expectations or a decision about the next step — a strategy call is the right place to address it.
What post-service support looks like:
- Booking a strategy call for questions that come up weeks after handover
- Getting a second opinion on how to use what was built as the store grows
- Discussing what the next service should be based on early results
- Addressing anything that needs a second look after going live
This is different from the guarantee that covers fixing issues within the service scope. That applies when something does not meet the service page standard.
