How Are Captions and Hashtags Written for Each PostUpdated 6 days ago

Every infographic in this service comes with a written caption and a researched hashtag set. These are not optional extras — they are a core part of what makes each post work on social media.

The infographic image communicates visually. The caption extends the conversation, adds depth, includes a call to action and gives the post a reason to drive traffic or engagement beyond what the image shows. A great infographic with a weak caption underperforms. Both need to work together.

Here is how I write each caption:

  • Opens with a line that complements the infographic without repeating it word for word
  • Adds one or two points that extend what the image covers
  • Ends with a question, a direction to save, or a prompt to visit the link in bio
  • Written consistently in your brand voice across all 30 posts

Hashtags are researched specifically for your product category — not copied from a generic list. The set of 15 to 20 per post includes a mix of broad category tags and more specific niche tags relevant to the audience you want to reach. Volume is balanced with specificity so the post reaches new buyers rather than just appearing in oversaturated feeds.

Each caption also adapts in tone for the primary platform — Instagram captions, LinkedIn captions and Pinterest descriptions are structured differently and I account for that across the 30.
