A YouTube video takes longer to produce than a short-form reel because the scope of work is significantly larger across more sequential steps. Understanding the production timeline helps set the right expectation before the service begins.

The production moves through these steps in order. Topic research and agreement comes first — confirming the keyword, validating search demand and aligning on the angle before any scripting begins. The script comes next and typically goes through a review before production starts — the founder reads the script and confirms the direction before I begin assembling the video.

After script approval, production covers:

• Visual content assembly — stock footage, product visuals, text animations and transitions matched to the script
• Voiceover recording and synchronization with the visual sequence
• Subtitles, chapter markers and branded elements added throughout
• Custom thumbnail created and finalized

After the video is assembled, a review call happens where the video gets watched together and feedback is gathered before the final export.
