How Do I Define My Target Audience With Your HelpUpdated 6 days ago

Defining your target audience is one of the most important things the brand identity service does — and one of the most commonly skipped steps when founders build on their own.

Most founders describe their audience too broadly. Women aged 18 to 45. Fitness enthusiasts. Home decor lovers. These descriptions do not tell you anything useful about what that person actually needs, fears or values. They do not tell you what to write on a product page or how to speak in an email.

I help you go deeper through the discovery call. I ask specific questions about:

  • Who is most likely to buy your product right now
  • What problem they are trying to solve
  • What they have already tried that did not work
  • What would make them trust your brand over another

From those answers I build an ideal customer profile — a specific description of the person most likely to buy from you, written in enough detail to guide every content and marketing decision you make.

This profile becomes a reference you use across every other service. Your product pages speak to this person. Your ad creatives are built for this person. Your email flows are written with this person in mind.

When you know exactly who you are speaking to, consistent and sustainable sales become significantly more achievable.
