How The Solid Guide Handles Revisions and ChangesUpdated 7 days ago

There is no revision count at The Solid Guide. I keep working until the service meets the standard described on the service page — not until a fixed number of rounds has been used up.

The goal of every service is a specific outcome. A store that converts. Product pages that answer every buying question. Tracking that attributes every sale correctly. Reaching that outcome is what I measure completion by — not the number of rounds it took.

Here is how revisions work in practice:

  • Feedback gets gathered during the delivery call
  • I make the changes and we review together
  • The process continues until we both agree the work is right
  • I never hand anything over with known issues still present

Some services are complete after the first delivery call. Others with more complexity need additional passes. I have no issue with that — getting it right matters more to me than getting it done fast.

The commitment I make is always the same. The outcome on the service page gets delivered, however many rounds that takes.
