How Does The Solid Guide Handle Sensitive Business DataUpdated 6 days ago
Every piece of business data you share with me is handled with care and kept completely private.
This includes your store revenue, your ad spend, your customer lists, your email subscribers, your product margins and any other business information that comes up during a service. None of it gets shared, referenced or used outside of delivering your service.
How I handle sensitive data in practice:
- Access credentials are used only during the active service period
- Customer data and email lists are never stored beyond what the service requires
- Ad account data is never shared or discussed with other clients
- Business performance details stay strictly between us
I work with one founder at a time with full focus. The details of your business do not carry into other client conversations. What you share with me exists only to help me deliver the best possible outcome for your store.
If I ever want to reference a result or outcome publicly — for a case study, a testimonial or a piece of content — I will ask for your explicit permission first. Nothing goes public without your clear approval.
Your trust is the foundation this whole thing is built on.
