How The Solid Guide Stays Accountable to Every FounderUpdated 8 days ago
Accountability at The Solid Guide is simple. I make the commitments and I deliver on them. There is no one else to point to when something is not right.
That clarity is one of the most important things I can offer a solo founder. You are not dealing with a support ticket that gets assigned to whoever is available. You are not waiting for an account manager to escalate something to the delivery team. You reach me directly and I respond directly.
How I stay accountable in practice:
- Every deliverable I promise gets listed on the service page before you pay
- Every service ends with a shared review where gaps get identified openly
- Every issue raised after handover gets addressed without deflection
- I never hide behind scope debates when something is genuinely not right
I also hold myself accountable to the bigger goal — not just delivering the service but helping you build consistent and sustainable sales over time. A service that is technically complete but does not move you toward that goal is not something I consider a success.
If I ever fall short of that standard, I want to know. And I will do something about it.
