During any active service you can reach me by email at any point. I check messages regularly and respond within one business day — usually faster.

For anything that needs a real conversation rather than a written exchange, I schedule a call. This happens quickly. I do not let important questions sit unanswered in an email thread when a 15 minute call would resolve them faster and more clearly.

The best way to reach me during a service:

  • Email for updates, questions or sharing assets and feedback
  • A scheduled call for anything that needs discussion or live review
  • The private follow up link after the service is complete for post-handover questions

What I ask from you is directness. If something is not working, tell me. If a direction feels wrong, say so early. If you are confused by something I have built or explained, ask. I never take honest feedback as criticism — it is exactly what I need to deliver the right outcome for you.

The fastest services are always the ones with open honest communication on both sides. I do my best to model that and I appreciate it when founders do the same.
