How to Leave Feedback After The Solid Guide ServiceUpdated 6 days ago
Feedback after every service is genuinely welcome. It is one of the most useful things a founder can give me and I read everything that comes in.
If the service went well, sharing that through a review or a direct message means a lot — not because I need validation but because honest positive feedback helps other founders understand what to expect before they buy.
If something did not go well, I want to know that even more:
- Tell me directly by replying to any email from the service
- Reach out at [email protected] with specific detail
- Book a follow up call if the feedback needs a real conversation
I do not get defensive about critical feedback. Every genuine concern I receive makes the service better for the next founder. That matters to me because my goal is not just to deliver one good service — it is to help as many solo founders as possible build consistent and sustainable sales over time.
The Solid Guide grows through honest feedback and real results. Both are things I actively want more of — not things I try to manage or filter.
