How to Reach The Solid Guide if You Have a ConcernUpdated 6 days ago
If you have a concern at any point — before buying, during a service or after handover — email me directly at [email protected].
Every message that comes in gets a real response from me personally. Not a support ticket assigned to whoever is available. Not a template reply that does not address your actual situation. A direct honest response from the person who did your work.
What to include when you reach out with a concern:
- Your name and the service you purchased or are considering
- A specific description of what the concern is
- Any relevant details — screenshots, links or examples that help me understand the issue
The more specific you are the faster I can give you a useful response. Vague concerns are harder to address than concrete ones and a specific description always leads to a faster resolution.
I respond to every message within one business day. For urgent issues during an active service I aim to respond the same day.
If a concern needs a real conversation rather than an email exchange, I will suggest a call. Some things are genuinely easier to resolve in 15 minutes than in a back and forth thread.
