Requesting a call during an active service is simple. Email me directly or reply to any message from our service and tell me you want to talk. I will schedule something quickly.
You do not need to book through the 1-on-1 Strategy Call system for calls during an active service. Those are included in the service and arranged directly between us.
When to reach out for a mid-service call:
- Something has changed in your business that affects the direction of the work
- You have a question that is too complex to resolve over email
- You want to see something in progress before I go further
- You are uncertain about a direction and want to align before I continue
What you do not need to do is wait until something becomes a big problem before reaching out. If something feels off mid-service, tell me early. A 15 minute call at the right moment saves far more time than catching a misalignment at the delivery call.
I would rather have one extra conversation during a service and get the work right than push through with something that quietly misses what you actually needed.
