The 1-on-1 Strategy Call is completely separate from every service at The Solid Guide.

When you purchase any service, the calls that happen during that service — the discovery call, any clarity calls needed mid-work and the delivery call — are all included as part of the service. They are never charged separately. You do not need to book a 1-on-1 Strategy Call for any of those.

The 1-on-1 Strategy Call is a different thing entirely:

• It is booked independently of any service
• It is for guidance, strategy or support outside of an active service
• It has its own cost separate from any service purchase
• It can be booked before, between or after any service

The clearest way to think about it — if work is actively being done on your store as part of a purchased service, every call needed for that work is included. The 1-on-1 Strategy Call is for everything outside of that.
