There is no limit on how many 1-on-1 Strategy Calls you can book over time. Each call is independent — you book when you need one and it stands on its own.

Founders at different stages use the call differently. Someone early on might book a call to get clarity on where to start. Someone with an established store might book one every few months when a significant decision comes up. Someone in the middle of growing a store might book one between services to confirm the next right step.

There is no expectation that you book calls regularly. And there is no expectation that you stop after one.

What I ask is that every call you book has a genuine purpose — a real question, a real decision or a real situation you want honest thinking on. The calls work best when both sides come with intent.

If you find yourself booking calls without a specific purpose just to have a conversation, that is worth reflecting on. The goal of every call is to move you closer to consistent and sustainable sales — and that happens through focused action more than through ongoing discussion.
