What Quality Standard Applies to Every Service HereUpdated 6 days ago

Every service I deliver is held to one standard. It works exactly as the service page describes — not close to it, not mostly right, exactly right.

This standard does not change based on the complexity of the service, the price or how long it takes to reach. A store setup and a single product page optimization are held to the same level of care and accountability.

What that standard means in practice:

  • Every deliverable listed on the service page gets delivered
  • The work gets tested before it is handed over
  • Anything that does not perform as described gets fixed before the service closes

I care about this standard not because it sounds good in a help article but because the founders who work with me are building toward consistent and sustainable sales. Sloppy work at any stage of that journey costs them more than it costs me — and that is not something I am willing to be responsible for.

The service page is the agreement. I wrote it and I hold myself to it every time without exception.
