Do You Get a Refund if You Are Not Happy With the WorkUpdated 7 days ago
I do not offer refunds on services. But I want to explain honestly why — and what I do instead that I believe matters more.
A refund policy that returns money after work is delivered does not actually solve the problem. The problem is that the work was not right. The solution to that is fixing the work — not exchanging it for money and leaving you without what you needed.
My commitment is this: if anything I deliver does not meet the standard described on the service page, I fix it. No extra charge. No debate about scope. Just fixed.
What this means in practice:
- Every service is reviewed together before it is marked complete
- Issues get caught and resolved during the delivery call
- Anything missed after handover gets addressed when you raise it
- I do not consider a service finished until you are genuinely satisfied
The best protection before buying is reading the service page carefully and booking a discovery call if anything is unclear. I would rather answer your questions before you pay than have either of us in a difficult situation after.
