I do not offer refunds on services. I want to explain that honestly and tell you what I do instead.

A refund does not solve the real problem. If a service falls short, what you need is not your money back — you need the work fixed. That is exactly what I do.

My commitment is clear. If anything I deliver does not meet the standard described on the service page, I fix it at no extra charge. That applies to issues found during the delivery call and to issues that surface after the handover.

The best protection before you buy is this:

  • Read the service page carefully before purchasing
  • Book a 30 minute call if anything is unclear before committing
  • Ask every question you have on the discovery call before work begins

These steps exist because I would rather every founder go in with complete clarity than feel uncertain or disappointed after. A well-informed founder who understands exactly what they are buying almost never has a problem after the service is done.
