The access I need depends on the specific service being delivered. I only ever request what is genuinely necessary — nothing more.

For store-based services I use Shopify collaborator access. This is a specific access type that lets me work inside your store without needing your full login credentials. You control what permissions I have and you can remove access at any point.

For marketing services the access typically needed includes:

• Meta Business Manager for ad-related services
• Google Analytics and Google Ads for tracking and search services
• Your email marketing platform for email setup and campaign services
• Your WhatsApp Business account for WhatsApp services

For content services no platform access is usually needed — I work from the brief and assets you share directly.
