What Brand Details Do I Need to Share to Get StartedUpdated 6 days ago

Starting the infographic service requires a specific set of inputs that allow me to create content that is accurate to your brand, relevant to your audience and distinctive enough to stand out from generic category content.

The most important input is a clear description of your ideal buyer and the product category they exist in. Every infographic is designed to teach or engage that specific person — not a broad generic audience.

Here is what I need before the service starts:

  • Your brand guidelines — colors, logo, fonts and voice guide if the brand identity service has been completed. If not, these get established on the discovery call.
  • Your content pillars — the three to five topics your brand consistently communicates about
  • Your top product benefits and category knowledge points — what your brand knows that your target buyer needs to know. Customer reviews, product research and your selling experience are all useful sources.
  • Any competitor content you find particularly strong or weak — this helps identify what already exists in your category and where the gaps worth filling are

What you do not need to prepare is a list of 30 topics. Generating those from real brand context is my job. The inputs you provide are what makes the content feel like your brand — not generic infographics that could belong to any competitor in your category.
