What Happens if the Work Does Not Meet the StandardUpdated 6 days ago
If anything I deliver falls short of what the service page describes, I fix it. That is not a conditional promise — it applies every time without exception.
Most issues get caught during the delivery call when we review the work together. That is exactly what the delivery call is designed for. When something comes up I address it before the service closes.
If something surfaces after the handover, here is what happens:
- You reach out and describe the issue specifically
- I look at it honestly without defensiveness
- If it relates to what the service page promised, I fix it
- No extra charge applies for work that should have been right
What I ask in return is that feedback is specific. Not just something feels off but what specifically does not match what the service page described. That specificity lets me fix the right thing quickly rather than guessing at what needs to change.
I take quality seriously because the founders working with me are building toward real consistent sales. Getting the work right is not optional — it is the entire point.
