What Happens on the Delivery Call at End of ServiceUpdated 6 days ago

The delivery call is the final call of every service. It is where the completed work gets reviewed live before anything is officially handed over.

The delivery call is a shared review — not a presentation. You are not watching me show you the work. You are actively evaluating it with me present to answer every question you have and address anything that needs adjusting.

What we do together on a delivery call:

  • Go through every deliverable listed on the service page
  • Test the work live in your store or account
  • Identify anything that needs a final adjustment before handover
  • Confirm that the work meets what the service page described

Nothing gets handed over on the delivery call without your sign-off. If something needs fixing during the call it gets fixed before the service closes — not promised for later.

After the call I share a handover document covering what was built and how to manage it going forward. That document is written in plain language with no technical jargon and it covers the specific things worth watching in the first few weeks after the service goes live.
