The discovery call is where I build the full picture of your situation. Not just what the service delivers in general but what it needs to deliver specifically for your store, your customers and your goals.
What I cover on a discovery call:
- Your store as it stands right now — what is working and what is not
- Your target customer and what they respond to
- What you want to achieve with this specific service
- Any existing assets, accounts or previous work that is relevant
- Any questions you have before the work begins
By the end of the call I have everything I need to start the work with real context rather than assumptions. You have a clear picture of what is being built and why.
The discovery call also gives you the chance to assess whether working together feels genuinely right before the service is fully underway.
