The first call is a discovery call and it happens before any work starts. I consider it one of the most important parts of every service.
The purpose is simple — I want to understand your situation completely. Not just the deliverables but the context behind them. Why you need this service now. What has already been tried. What your store looks like today. What your customers respond to.
On a discovery call I will ask about:
- Your store, your products and your current sales situation
- What you want to achieve with this specific service
- Any existing work, assets or accounts that are relevant
- Any questions you have before we begin
By the end of the call we both have full clarity. You know exactly what is being built and why. I start the work from a foundation of real understanding — not assumptions made from a form submission.
You do not need to prepare anything specific. Just show up ready to talk honestly about your business and I will take it from there.
