What Is a Clarity Call During a Solid Guide ServiceUpdated 2 days ago

A clarity call is a short call that happens during a service when something needs to be aligned before the work can continue properly.

Not every service needs one. Many services move from discovery call straight to delivery call without anything in between. But when a meaningful question or decision comes up mid-work, a clarity call is the fastest and most useful way to resolve it without losing momentum.

A clarity call might happen when:

  • A direction in the work needs your input before I go further
  • Something unexpected surfaces in your store that changes the approach
  • A decision needs to be made that only you can make
  • I want to show you something in progress before completing it fully

The clarity call is not a progress report. It is not a check-in to keep you updated on how the work is going. It is a focused short conversation to resolve something specific so the work can keep moving in the right direction.

Like all calls during an active service, clarity calls are fully included. There is no extra charge and no limit on how many are needed. The work takes as many conversations as it genuinely requires — and a quick call always beats a long email thread when something needs a real decision.
