Getting started is straightforward. The discovery call handles most of the information gathering — you do not need to prepare a detailed brief beforehand.
What genuinely helps to have ready before we talk:
For store-related services:
- Collaborator access to your Shopify store
- Your brand colors, fonts and logo files if they exist
- Any existing assets like product images or previous ad creatives
For content and marketing services:
- A description of your product and your target buyer
- Examples of brands or content whose tone feels right to you
- Any previous campaigns or results worth referencing
For new store builds:
- Your product details and any existing photography
- A rough sense of the look and feel you want
None of this needs to be perfectly organized. I am good at drawing out what I need through conversation. The discovery call is designed exactly for that. The more honest and specific you are on that call, the better every service I deliver for you will be.
